South Texas Hurricane Rodeo Association focuses on skill development, self-confidence,
volunteerism, and preparedness for individuals of all ages who share a passion and desire to have fun, build their horsemanship skills and become the best cowboy or cowgirl, inside and outside of the arena. Individuals will participate in a series of 6 play days culminating in the opportunity to win buckles, tack, and participation prizes.
The purpose of this letter is to ask for your financial support to help continue the dream for this great group of individuals. Your contribution will be helping these individuals develop horsemanship skills and more importantly, learn how to think and act in ways that reinforces our principles of: winning graciously, demonstrating good sportsmanship, self-confidence, commitment and respect of others
We also want to foster community involvement and service by raising funds and/or supplies that benefit those in need in our community. In previous years, we have supported Shriner's Hospital for Children, a breast cancer patient, and a family that lost everything in Hurricane Harvey.
Our goal is to raise as much funds as we can to cover expenses and prizes, so we can generate as generously as possible to those in need. South Texas Hurricane Rodeo Association is a not-for-profit organization with 501c3 status qualifying for U.S. tax deduction. We will provide from the South Texas Hurricane Rodeo Association a receipt listing your total contribution for the year.
Your support would mean so much to the board, competitors and those we hope to help in our community. Please complete the sponsor form and mail it to the address listed at the bottomof the form. If you have any questions , or would like additional information, please contact Keri Ruggeroli at (713) 870-5606.
